They have a live singer on the weekends!! Wow, the ambience is so nice with this really nice man singing! And the store is superclean, the food is so fresh too.

After considerable thought, I decided to call Uncle G's and ask for a refund and they gladly obliged. And they since we were not satisfied with our meal they also apologized. We wanted to update our review to reflect their professionalism.
Love this store. We came from Brooklyn and being in Long Island is different. It's wonderful, but just different. I feel like I am seeing the same goods available at all the little mom and pop shops in Brooklyn combined into one grand store. It's Candyland for us. It's well stocked, clean and has appropriate prices for what you are buying. They even have real bread.
Uncle G's is the best! come here all the time. The food is fresh and the take home stuff is on the money. A very pleasant environment to shop in. So happy we have an uncle G's close by. 10 Stars!

Very nice Italian fine foods store with a wide variety of food and grocery items. They have pre-made dinners, fresh pastas, a full deli and meat counter, a huge bakery, and plenty of grocery items. Love love love this store! They have specialty foods and groceries that are always very fresh. You could also get pre-made foods. I'm obsessed with their eggplant meatballs! I also like the stromboli and antipasto. As an Italian I usually don't do any premade sauces but their fresh Alla vodka sauce is on point too! The bakery is consistently good. I've had cakes and they are always delish.
