Hands Down My Favorite Supermarket PERIOD! The food they sell is unlike anything sold anywhere else in the area. From the cold cut department to the butchers, from the seafood to the hot foods...lets not forget about the incredible bakery & dessert sections of the store! The prices are on the high side but the product being offered isn't sold in stores around. Every single morning I come here to buy rolls for work. Pia welcomes me every single day with a smile and warm welcoming. I will always come here for my fresh mozzarella, and when I'm in a pinch for bruschetta. Some things are priced higher then others, but look where its located. Produce has never let me down. And the pasta is always worth it, especially during Valentines Day.
I LOVE THIS STORE! I have a very busy schedule and often I am faced with having no time to make food for myself. Lucky for me, there is always a WIDE ARRAY of prepared foods to choose from and I am never disappointed with my choices (and I am VERY picky when it comes to my food)! I love coming here. They have so many good Italian food items as well as other basic groceries. Their bakery is FILLED WITH SO MANY SWEETS THAT I WANT TO BUY THEM ALL!

Since the closest Eataly is only in Manhattan, one of our local go-to Italian markets is Uncle Giuseppe's. With two locations in Nassau County, I usually prefer going to this location since the East Meadow one has a smaller lot. It has the usual bells and whistles of a market with various groceries, deli counter, gourmet cheeses, fresh pasta, sauce and baked goods.
