How come nobody told me about this place sooner?! I really love this place. So many selections. My family usually comes here to get our birthday/celebration cakes. A HUGE cake for $13.99....cant beat that. Everything else tends ro be quite expensive however. It sucks because almost everything is available from fresh cheese, to gelato, to sushi. I will be coming back.

Now THIS is what an uncle giuseppe's should be. Compared to the east ghetto location, this uncle giuseppe is heavenly. But besides the comparison, it's such a nice location. Everything is very fresh and you can pretty much get any italian specialty here. From the deli area to the seafood to the produce and even the groceries are very top notch. This is a great shop and alternate between here and ivarone brothers. If you have never been take a visit and don't leave empty handed, you definitely won't if you walk by the prepare... read more

This place is good, but it could be better. I was lured in because they have flashy television commercials. Their produce selection is extremely limited and somewhat overpriced. They have a very large selection of meats and seafood, and their employees were more than willing to help out. They also have an excellent prepared foods section and deli department. Best place for anything! Dinners to go, pizza to go either cooked or fresh made for you to bake at home; many varieties of soups -again both hot to go or to take home and heat; so much! Fresh Meats, Seafood, Produce....candy counter (mmm) Cheeses from every country, the Best Bakery.... Italian specialty section, and of course the largest GLUTEN FREE selection in any store!! Very good ethnic Italian supermarket! They have a good selection of general groceries but are mainly concentrated on Italian style fare. The deli counter has it all, the pasta is fresh as the sauce they make packaged in containers. The meat section is very good, seafood has always been fresh and the bakery has some great fresh baked cakes, cookies etc. Visit the Uncle's place and you won't be disappointed.

Uncle Giuseppe I give you a 4 out of 5. Why? Well because sometimes you're a little too overpriced and sometimes you're just way too crowded to the point where I can't even get my little self down the aisle with cart or basket in tow. Though I have to say... you are the place where my household typically gets all of our fresh meat except for sausage and a bulk of our produce.
