Yeimi is a great salesman, he got us in and had us test drive. We even signed the papers when United Nissan was just gonna be the 1st stop in a search for a car on that day (8/31). But I liked the car we signed for. However, the dealership kept pushing back picking up the whiteslip and constantly changed the contract after we signed the paperwork. I bought a Nissan Maxima 3 months ago and the salesperson (Brenda Martinez) promised me a TV and was supposed to be sent to me but I never received it. I called her and asked what happened she said no I don't want to give you a TV because I give you a discount in the car, but she did not give me the discount, her superior that had to step in did. #UNITEDNISSANLV ............. The service is good as long as you are giving them money, but once U are out the door the good service ends. Didn't get to talk to a manager and the reception girls (4ofthem)don't even look at the customer in the face, needless to say they don't inform you whether or not they will call the right person or are trying to locate the right person for you. NO!!! NOT THE BEST SERVICE, Instead they are on Facebook or worried about getting a burger before they run out. WOW #UNITEDNISSAN way to go!!!!

Just go somewhere else ... These people will make promises. They Even let you drive away in a brand new car for 3 week while they do paper work then call you back in only to tell you they need the car back and no other car in the lot would work. Manager even fights with you and says thing like "we dont want your money" would not give us back full deposit because we drove over 1000 miles and would only refund 129 of our 500 we put down. They can take your money in 5 minutes but make you wait up to 72 hrs to get it back just s... read more

Quite a day when you realize your dealership has been unethical and lies just to close a deal. A very distasteful experience indeed. This entire ordeal clearly shows no value for the consumer despite what you would like the public to believe. I truly hate knowing that THIS company that stands by and supports unethical business practices, scams and deceit is the one regrettably getting my business.

Worst experience ever purchasing my used vehicle here. First the car had transmission issues (which they swore was not the case), then not even 2 months later, I am having engine problems. I have been given the run around and hung up on twice. Do not buy a car from them. They suck and could care less about the quality of vehicles they sell.

Took 8 hours to buy a car when we were in a 4 hour type of rush. In the last 10 minutes the big guy in the back left of the office rushed through paper worked and never put me on the paperwork along with my mother knowing damn well it was my car I was making the down deposit. Could never insure the car correctly because of this. 12 months later my life is ruined thanks united!
