Well we bought our Rogue there with no problems, went back to see if my husband could trade our other car in. Because he needed a truck. Couldn't do that which was understandable because we had a loan on the car we wanted to trade in still. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the service department. We were told there were several issues that needed to be handled immediately on a car we just purchased 10 months prior. Once I explained we could do those repairs ourselves, I was hung up on. We then received a text stating our car was ready to pick up. I was told the brakes needed to be replaced immediately and that it was metal on metal on the rear brakes. That the rotors would most likely need to be replaced too. Well, I must say that after our last experience at United Nissan, that we will never buy another car there ever again. We have been a long time customer and have bought 4 vehicles from there. I just returned home from here. I made the trip to retrieve my "free gift" that I was promised in a mailing. The young man who "greeted" me at my car did NOT identify himself, did NOT introduce himself, just offered to direct me to the location where someone could help me. He took me inside and gestured to have a seat. I said that I didn't need to sit down, just needed to retrieve my gift. He told me that had a "process". First I️ will say I️ like my car, my sales guy Kylan was awesome, although he was new at the time of my purchase it was evident that he knew all of the features on the car I️ purchased, although it took HOURS!
