I've had the worst luck with their service department. I've taken my vehicle in 3 different times and the first two times, the parts they were supposed to replace in the interior did not get replaced and was told that Nissan had shipped the wrong part to them or that the part inside the box came broken. I took it back a third time after waiting 2 months!!! Yes, 2 months for the right parts to come in. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning before work and left with a rental expecting my vehicle to be done by the afternoon. ... read more

Took my car in for service today. They broke off a part of my front license plate holder and claimed that they washed my car but didn't. You don't have to wash my car but please do t say that you did if you didn't. And if you brake something off my car please let me know.

I bought our car in May 2016. By August, our 2016 Nissan Versa had been in the shop three times for not starting. The car was then left at the Dealership until December and had to have The Harness replaced. The Dealership did take care of the payment for my Rental Car. However , in February the car started to not start again. You wait about an hour and it finally starts. I tried to take it in but now they cannot give me a rental some I do not have the insurance they take. So I have been forced to just drive it and deal with ... read more

This is the WORST dealership in town!!! They are lying a**holes! They are scam artists. DO NOT SHOP THERE! Go to Planet Nissan Instead...

My 78 year old mom, went in to refinance her 2015 that' cost her 460 a month ,then talked her into a2017 after a week try to Jack the price up, you people are sucm, good thing she didn't fall for your lies and attempts at manipulating the elderly.
