This is the only used car dealer I know, that makes used car dealers look bad. They're self titled manager VLadimir Putin ( incorrect spelling). Was the most offensive manager I have ever dealt with. We had a deal agreed-upon through the sales manager and the manager above him. Once my niece drove a long four hours from Phoenix to get there they said that deal is no longer valid. Stuck here checking 2 recalls on the pathfinder. My daughter got hungry and when I asked the receptionist if they can accommodate me with a place to breastfeed she said "sorry we don't have a place" and then she went on answering calls while I was still standing infront of her waiting for her to contact management or someone to further research if indeed there was no place. Unprofessional. So I went to the only place available to me with some privacy the RESTROOM. We need to make every place family friendly.

Have a 2016 nissan rogue with 2000 miles n my ac went out it gets hot n cold sometimes n they told me that I had to bring it in when it's doing it if not they can't fix it when they know it's bad because they changed the ac compressor but it's doing the same thing

I got a letter in I mail from Christian Larsen to come in and buy a car in my bankruptcy. I came in with $2000 down and was able to walk away with a 2016 Nissan Versa (very basic car). Having the car for 18 days I get a call from Brian (the guy that did the financing) and Christian telling me that they have a lower payment for me from a bank that was willing to finance me. Me and my husband put 3750.00 down on a brand new nissan pathfinder. The sale person brent ponder said if we came in that day and bought a brand new car he would give us 400.00 for a bird dog. Also the millage was not the same as the paper work we signed . We also looked over the car at night tald them that it had a big scratch on the bumper. And the window frame had damage. And the inside center console had scratch on it. They said to bring it in and they would fix the problem. Well the next day they called and said the car... read more

After purchasing my car I had been getting harassed by the salesman about doing the survey. Apparently you get a mean text back from your salesman when the survey isn't good enough. Way to welcome your new customers United Nissan. I won't be taking my business there anymore. Maybe when you have customers that shop you should think about the options for us to choose from. Thees people are horrible at getting back to you as well. Thanks for the awkward welcome Nissan!

worst dealership ever i was one day away from having a baby they promised my deal was good and would go through perfectly asked me to voluntary repo my current car luckily i didnt well a week later they call and want 3000 more down i said screw you and now they will not give us our $500 down payment back we have fought and fought finally dmv state compliance is involved and will go after the owner manager martin vinnie and dan and this dealership will pay for this dmv compliance says they have over 15 complaints against unit... read more

by far the worst service I have ever had. the first time i took my car in for just an oil change i got it back with two dents and scratched.
