Liars. They said they are like CarMax and that when you apply for credit that they only run your credit once. They ran my credit 9 times!!!! Now it is literally IMpossible to remove from my report. My son purchased his first financed vehicle through this so called company....then they did a yo yo sale on him ...after a few days with the vehicle...they claimed that he did not qualify and needed to return the car or pay an additional $2000 down. So when he went back to get his $1000 down payment on Saturday....he was told give us the keys....his relpy....give me my money back first. The cashier lady had me waited for the receipt to print after I paid the amount . She doesn't know what she's doing, she asked the guy that sat beside her(Nissan employee) to page the other cashier for help. I waited for 20 minutes but nobody showed up. ���. I left without the official receipt. I guess your people at the billing service needs retraining.
I will NEVER EVER take my car to have service done. They DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING of CUSTOMER SERVICES. Sad when I have to call them to find out about my car.

The service department is ridiculous, a bunch of liars and complete dicks. They told me my turbo was making a whining whistling sound then it turned into my transmission was failing then they say nothing is wrong with it. Now mind you this is all over a 2 day period!!!!! This place is an absolute joke. I'd rather walk everywhere then ever have to deal with them again. Homer is the worst "service writer" a smartass and cocky. But don't worry Sean is just as bad and he's the service manager supposedly!
