Great Service Out of all the dealerships I've ever been too, Universal City Nissan has exceeded its standards and expectations , I had such a great customer expierience with One of the Service Dept Members "Eddie" , I believe Eddie was really helpful and explained detail by detail what service I was going to receive and what was going to happen to my vehicle as I waited defiantly going back for that A1 customer service.
Great customer service Julio was patient and understanding. He did everything possible to get me my car and went above and beyond for me staying till 2 am while the paperwork finished.
Nice guys. They got me in and out very quickly with good service and a nice friendly atmosphere as well. The prices were right, they didn't take advantage like some shop do. Good folks.
