Consistent excellent service. Conscience of COVID protocol. Service advisor Joe Hernandez is excellent and I appreciate seeing him when I’m there for service. Also appreciate reminder call from personnel about upcoming service.
Very good customer service. I had an appointment for 8:30 and by 8:45 my car was off to be serviced. Joe said my car would be ready by 11:00 and that was exactly when I drove off.
