5Star Sales and Finance Reps, terrible car wash! Smooth procedure from start to finish, well-informed Sales and Finance Representatives, and phenomenal customer service. Only exception is the car wash, since dust and streaks were left on the vehicle, INSIDE AND OUT. Also, moon-roof sliding cover is damaged.

The best service-Nazario The great service provided by Nazario and the girls at the cashier. Also the shuttle service however it seems they only drop off but do not pick up

Universal City Nissan/Nissan Sentra 2016 I had a wonderful experience at UCN. My salespersons, Michael and Johnny were very nice and professional, they provided me with the car I asked for. Also Uli from the Finance Dept. was very professional and nice. I am very happy with my buying experience at UCN. This was my second time at UCN.
