Service was always professional and prompt. No pressure for scheduled maintenance. Service is a bit pricey but it's done right with genuine parts.
The purchase was a two day process. Day One was NOT a good experience. Upper Management made up for it on Day Two by stepping in and dealing with me directly. We came to terms because they approached the sale from a business perspective, not as a high pressure, used car salesperson.
Great service, told me about how long it would take so my expectations were not on my own approximation.
