One window was delivered broken Exterior caulking was very poor. When they recalled it was just as bad covering one of the weep holes window replacement arrived in six weeks then had to wait two more weeks for the 5 minute install. Very poor customer service and lack of concern for the sloppy caulking. One employee on install crew continually pulled his shirt up over his belly to wipe his face off.
Did not stand by your word that the salesman told me.
The installer arrived late due to a miscommunication. Their work trailer was a junky looking trailer with no sign of who or what they were. Neither of the installers wore uniform shirts or had any type of identification on them or their vehicle. Appearances is important and showing up on a job in cutoffs and tank top does no look good for the company.
I love the functionality of the windows, the convo with the sales rep, I liked the crew and day 1 of the install, I absolutely hated day 2 of the install. I was never shown how to use the windows once installed (was shown how to use the door). I just paid over $30k for windows that I am going to have to clean after install and I already see seals where the caulk was not fully done.
