Price is very high. Also, the follow up after installation was poor.
We had our sliding glass doors installed 9-16-22. The installers were over an hour late. However they were very nice and professional. They did a good job and cleaned up very well.
Poor communication, still no door, contract not followed.
The salesman was beyond pushy and I am surprised I gave him my business. He was just interested in selling me the two windows and that was it! When the windows were installed no one showed me how to use them they just wanted a check! I never heard about any promotions like buy one get one or financing! So I won’t be calling for my other 14 windows!
I thought the advertising was very misleading and the original price absurd. We were originally quoted $21,000 for 14 windows after buy one and get the second one free, that's half price. Which means without the half price the windows would be $42,000 or approximately $3,000 per window. Nice windows but not made of gold. I also felt that I was at a dealership negotiating for a car finally settling on a price of $13,000. I'm sure that the other window companies do the same thing.
The only thing timely about the experience was the salesman. He came over after hours and I couldn't get him out of my house before 9 pm. After the papers were signed, the customer's convenience was of no concern.
Would not recommend based on noncommunication to resolve issues.
