Our salesman Karl was well versed in presentation of the the products and took the time to make sure we were well informed to make the decision to replace 19 windows in our home. The measurements of our windows were verified shortly after we signed. Within a few weeks time our installers Tom and Paul arrived and got right to work installing our windows. The presentation was awesome and the sales rep Brian was very professional and helpful from beginning to end.
We ordered a new front door to replace our beat up old door. The two installers showed up on time and ready to work. They got to work right away and were done in a few hours. It was installed perfectly and you can tell they spent some extra time with the little details to make it a clean install.
