I would like to thank Walt..I had 5 windows ordered.Three to replace my older living room windows, and 2 to replace my dining room windows that did not meet together so I could lock them.When Walt came to take measurements I commented to him about the two windows that I could not lock. He looked at them,said he knew what was wrong, got a screw driver and fixed, and locked them. I think we were their first customer in Hinckley over 10 years ago. We met them at the Home Improvement show at the IX Center. They replaced all of the windows in our Century home and to this day I am happy every Spring when I have to clean my tilt-ins. The quality is phenomenal, their professionalism unmatched. We recommended them to our neighbors next door and they too are still 100% satisfied with the windows they replaced. I highly recommend them!
I purchased 6 windows from Universal Direct. .Installer Tom Miller came out to the house, on time, friendly, explain the process, very knowledgeable. By the end of the day, the windows were installed. Everything was cleaned up. Tom walked through the install. The windows look great and they work great. Thanks Tom for a great job!
Had 18 windows installed today. They look great! The installers were very professional, friendly and multiple times encouraged me to ask questions and to tell me about the warranty on the windows. That if there are any problems, they would be out immediately to correct any defects. Ben Drake was the leader of the two installers.
We had Ray Smith and his crew here to install all of our windows. They were fantastic! Would recommend them to everyone!
We purchased 5 new windows today, and we were beyond pleased with the experience. CJ was an awesome sales professional, and his product knowledge was on point. We are very excited to get our new windows installed, and will surely be calling CJ again to complete the house!
Our window installers were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't leave anything behind. Even took 2 windows I wanted to keep to my garage. The windows look so nice! Such a difference from the old ones. Would highly recommend!
