Was at the Home and Garden show and spoke to your representatives there. Nick H. cam out and offered me a great deal on 20 windows, front door and sidelites. Danny and his crew came out and did a fantastic job on the install. Got all the work done in one day! Couldn't be happier with their service.Grids inside the windows were the wrong color but they assured me it would be take care of. I would highly recommend both the company and Danny and his crew.
We've had Steve out 3 times, since we did 3 separate jobs; replaced front door, patio door and now whole house windows. We love the quality, the features, and, of course, the way they look. Plus, Steve is great to work with! We would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct!
Today Danny and crew install new windows in my historic home. They were on time, quiet, professional and polite and did a fantastic job. Maybe when you place your order you will be lucky enough to get Danny and his crew!
Showed up on time. Layed down work cloths, and cleaned up the work area's. Nine windows installed all clean-up done in 6 hours. Excellent workmanship !
