They showed up to my sales appointment an hour late. The salesman Marty was a nice guy but didn’t care at all about my troubles through this miserable process. This has been one of the worst experiences with a company. Sales was great, but once that was done it has been horrible. Waited 8 weeks for my windows and door. I get it the delay and lead time. However, sliding door was measured incorrectly, 3” on width and height. So I had to wait another 6-8 weeks. I actually had to call them to see if it came in. It was sitting there for over a week. They set up at the state fair, had a lady named Alison luring people in.. we are in the process of a house remodel and we’re interested in a new front door.. they schedule to have someone stop by and MEASURE AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE for said front door.. salesman Mark (WONDERFUL MAN) shows up trying to give us this huge sales pitch to get us to purchase new windows… this poor man wasn’t even told he was coming out for a front door! I do not like the hard sell. And I do not like liars. I was told some things that I know were not true. My estimate was RIDICULOUS. At least $10K over other quotes for quality windows. And the more I resited, the amazingly went down. And he was pushing the financing way too hard. It was a very unpleasant experience all around.

The first thing I will say is that their pursuit to obtain my business was reluctant. Now that pieces and parts need to be replaced and reinstalled, I can’t even get a return phone call! I have more than a few complaints, and so does the flowers in my beautiful flower bed! First no one wore protective shoe coverings after being in the yard, roof, dirt when coming into our home. Local Memphis affiliate installed 18 windows but has since gone out of business. We contacted the main office but never got a return call about our concerns. I would shop somewhere else.

my sliding door doesn't move freely, one of my windows was crooked and three of my screens come down when you open the window. at $1,000 per window I don't think that should happen. Also, my gate was left open upon their departure and I didn't know it and my dog got out and I couldn't find her for almost an hour my heart sank. thank goodness she was okay and not hit by a car or taken by someone. We were supposed to have our whole home window install completed in May. We were quoted, they came out for measurements, and the install team came. From the quote to install there was no communication and we were told our bay window could be removed, even though it couldn’t. Never had a problem with them before today. Spent 11 grand on windows and went flawlessly. Spend 30 grand on siding and gutters and it has been a disaster. No body would answer emails about products. Supposed to start today at 8 am never showed never called nothing. I called and got they didn’t finish yesterdays job. Could have said that and not cost me a day of work.
