The worst customer service. We have been trying to get our patio door replaced and repaired for over two years. They do not order the correct materials for the job. They also did not place the order to replace the patio door that they serviced one year ago. Customer service does not answer their phones, they do not return calls. We are struggling with a job that has not been completed. My advice take your business elsewhere!

Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. We need a replacement window due to a fire. I spoke with a rep on November16-she told me she was ordering the window. In January I spoke with a different rep who emailed me both a copy of my “order” as well as a “ETA” on delivery of my window. I just spoke with a rep who informed me my window was never ordered, and it would be an additional 18-22 weeks. It’s been 6 months and still waiting for them to replace a downspout that they dented. Cracked the sand stone where siding butts up to. Been awaiting a call to resolve it. It’s been a month with no communication. Looks like I’ll be getting an attorney.

If you are looking to have windows installed do not I repeat DO NOT go to Universal Windows Direct!!!We are now one full year into a horrible experience. We were quoted incorrect prices, the windows were not installed in the time stated and when they finally did come to install them- the order was completely messed up! The windows were the wrong colors, and screens were missing as well as hardware. We have had nothing but issues with Universal Windows since initial install in 2019. Today, we have up to an inch of ice on the inside of our windows. I understand it is unusually cold out, but when I spend $25k on new windows, I expect them to be the top quality window that was sold to us and NOT form ice on the interior, which is why we got rid of our initial builder grade windows in the first place. Very disappointed.

The pushiness with this company is an absolute turn off!!! I canceled my appointment for an estimate and they keep calling me…different people every single day multiple times a day!!! It’s ridiculous!!! Asking questions that are none of their business. Any company that pushes this hard for business and doesn’t take no for an answer is a HUGE RED FLAG!!!! I had to finally block their number. Terrible customer service approach!

I have had a warranty issue on my vinyl siding on my home for over a year. And after more than 25 phone calls.They finally came and replaced some of my siding but stopped because they noticed the same defect in the new siding. Now I’m back to playing phone tag with this company again.I just want them to make it right.
