I do not recommend window direct because they are are they were not honest with me about the installation of the window they hit let a small details in the writing did not mention anything about connecting or on connecting my alarm system I’m not satisfied with the way they handle things I’m not satisfied on the hidden details that they didn’t tell me about I don’t feel like they could take something apart and only put certain things back together I am not happy or satisfied I would not use them
trash company didn't get what I was sold. they won't make it right. damaged my ceiling during installation. just crap all around

I was informed by telephone and email of the installation being between 8-10AM, there was a no call, no show. Coincidence that the customer service was closed on the weekend to find out why. Spoke with someone on Monday who assured me that the Operations manager would contact me for resolution and of course, that didn't happen either. I inquired what was the compensation for the mistake that seemed to keep going with this company and was told they didn't offer any compensation because of the windows lifetime warranty. Terrible experience with door replacement. Ordered last July arrived last Oct-Nov damaged. I refused delivery. Door still not received and they have my deposit and will not even call me back to discuss a refund. Would not recommend them for anything going forward. Followed up again today still no information on shipment. If not installed by 6/15/22 I request a full refund of my deposit!

We purchased 6 windows and a door. We have had a huge issue with our door. The door was installed crooked. When the second team came out to straighten it, they saw the previous installers also cracked the frame. A new door was ordered. To date, this process has been 8 months long! 3 months after the new door was ordered, I contacted them. They have the new door, yet failed to contact us. BEWARE!! Do not use this company! Someone came to our house in February 2021 and we ordered 8 windows from them. When they came to install them in April only 3 of the 8 were correct. They reordered and the new windows didn't come in til August. Took time off work to be at the house and the windows were wrong AGAIN! Currently trying to get out of our contract for new windows. Contract was back in September of 2021, our windows haven’t even been manufactured yet because of “permit issues”. It’s now about to be June of 2022 and I’ve had ZERO communication from the company and I’ve had to hound my sales rep about what the issue is.
