We really like the windows and appreciate the one pane that they replaced. I think that they should say in the warranty that they will not warrant a window if damaged from being sprayed with a pressure washer. As far as the patio doors we like them also, but were very, very disappointed in the installation. We had a service tech out a total of seven times and he either had the wrong parts or forgot something. the final time they were out they had everything but failed to install it properly. I decided it was a waste of time ... read more
