We went with universal windows because Chris our salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with at the beginning. Chris walked us through the whole process. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our quote and contract was for the SAME amount, our quote was for 8 tear outs but the contract was for inserts. Our representative Josh went over the physical paper quote and then had us sign on a tablet saying it was what we just discussed. We had no idea until they installed the windows that we did not get what we agreed upon. Seriously overpromised and UNDER delivered. What a joke. They messed up at the factory making our windows so we have now paid them $13K down and have been paying them $300+ a month for several months and we still have NO ETA for when they will be installed. WHAT. A. JOKE. RUN from this company...

Absolutely ridiculous service. I have been trying to get my front door fixed for over a YEAR. It is mid August, 2023 and my first call about the issue was July 11th, 2022. At first all seemed well. Kristen asked for photos and told me they were going to replace the whole door. Service techs have been out a minimum of 5 times over the past year and always show up with the wrong light kit or trim and never once said they would replace the door, just the light kit. Worst home repair experience from beginning to end. First, salesperson Jake did a smoke and mirrors show on pricing, throwing out random total numbers and never revealing individual cost of windows. When I questioned him about the advertised Buy 2 Get 2 Free promotion, he claimed that was included in the pricing. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission about this issue. They are liars. I was offered a $50 amazon gift card to change my estimate appointment. Then they transfer to someone else doing their speech and claim they can’t do the gift card but offer money off a product. No way. I didn’t ask for the gift card but was offered. Don’t appreciate the lies and a company doing shady business.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. My sales person talked for a straight. Our told me all sorts of private things about his life, wife children that I simply did not care about. Then the installer show up three hours early without letting me know. After they installed my windows, they did not move my furniture back in place and they left a huge mess in my house.
