Windows are good and seem to be much more efficient than my old windows.. The inside installation looks very nice and I'm pleased However the outside doesn't look as good because new [ j-tracks] I believe that is what they are called, were not installed. I'm not sure why that problem wasn't addressed while the windows were being installed .Needless to say the appearance isn't what I expected. The installer did come back out and attempted to appease my concerns but the windows still don't look as expected.
Do not have a recommend yet, as my windows were never installed. Also, I have to continue to waited. As a customer I feel forgotten.
This is the worst experience I've had with a company. My initial installation took place on June 1st. At that time the installer said the outside sash was broken and he didn't have a tall enough ladder to put in the other window. He said he would come back Saturday and finish the job. He did not come. I called in and asked about the next installation and was told to call customer service to set it up. I called was transferred to customer service and received a message that all reps are busy call back later. This went on for ... read more
This has been the worst experience of my life. I regret ever doing business with you and plan to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Terrible experience so far, poor customer service.
I have never encountered a vendor like this one
