I am happy with how the windows look but the install crew was not careful removing the old windows and installing the new ones, left damaging marks on wall and window sill along with unauthorized trimming of a tree.

The installation went fine, and I gave the installer my payment information. The company has lost that information (which is concerning) and thus my final payment and it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue. And now I'm being sent a letter threatening to turn this over to a collection agency for an issue that is the company's. I'm happy to give the information to someone at the company although I'm still concerned about my credit card number floating somewhere out there.

Really like our windows and the installers, but the price was too high and the salesman lied to us.

Windows don't close easily to lock them.
It took a little while to get the windows installed after making the window order. not satisfied with the agreement with greensky. greensky should of started after my grace period for the windows, not before.
