Not happy at all been long time since windows are installed and still have resolve or heard anything back from anybody in s while about damage that occured while installing my windows not happy

Windows have not yet get installed. The seller said I can have one kind of windows and then the installers said he cannot install the those windows because possible damage to the structure. They said a technician most come to inspect. I still waiting for them to call. I have been doing the calls because they are not doing it!

Windows weren't built to fit the existing openings even after the uniqueness was pointed out prior to their being built.

1 window isn’t square so doesn’t lock, 2 screens not connected & large picture window has smudged between the glass- not happy I had to remove stickers from each window & not easy to remove
