I am a quadriplegic who was looking for a 42 inch door. We began our quote process early 2021 ultimately to be informed they switched manufacturers. We retried the process again late 2021. We decided to go ahed with a 42 inch steel door with UWD’s new manufacturer, which had no color samples available due to the recent change. We were promised to get samples to choose a final color before manufacturing but that never happened. Took 5 months to get windows, when they came half were the wrong size and the inside grids were wood instead of white. We had to make numerous calls to the company in regards to what they are doing to rectify this and no one is callng back.
