The installers were not at all friendly and did not speak English and seemed annoyed with us from their arrival on. The main window in the front of the house, which was the main reason we ordered new windows, did not get finished. From what we could understand, (besides no problem), the wood arch surrounding the window (to be covered with green vinyl), was not ordered, or in their order. I would not recommend to others. The quality of the windows are great but I was sold on "full frame windows" and found out later that they are only replacements. I was give a 8 to 10 week timeline, turned out to be 14 weeks which there was no communication on. After install, none of the windows were cleaned out wiped down.

I was excited when the salesman left my house and that is where it ended. Installers left a huge mess of screws, glass and other window debris for me to clean up. They also didn't remove window stickers or clean my windows as I was told they would be doing.

Salesman explained the entire process obviously for another company. Wasn't what we were told it was going to be. Due to salesman doing paper work wrong on app time frame kept getting pushed back. The person that comes to measure with lasers had a pencil paper and tape measure and the front window is wrong on exterior.
