This place has many genuine and caring staff members. PTs and RNs are very caring. The LVN and CNA teams are amazing as well. Things are not perfect but there is a sense of community here. Just be there to advocate and support your family member staying here. My dad liked the food here and he was fairly picky. Shout-out to the entire team, each of you is appreciated. Special shout-out to Frances(RN), Christian(LVN), and Daniel(PT)! You guys left a good impression on me and my dad.

My friend is in this facility. I have to say I am very impressed. The staff is VERY CARING. Chris who is in charge of the kitchen is wonderful!!! God bless this place and all of the staff!!!!

I've been to several facilities in the area over the years and this is by far is one of the nicest. Friendly, caring staff and well managed. Would recommend.

I am very grateful for the care that my grandmother received at University Care Center. The director, Ethan, went above and beyond and did everything in his capacity to ensure my grandmother was well cared for. The LVNs and CNAs are absolutely amazing and do their every best to provide the highest level of care for each patient. They treated my grandmother as if she was one of their family memebrs. Having never been to a nursing home before, i can't compare my experience to any other facility. I'd give it 3 stars as there were things that were good & other things that were intolerable. GOOD: - Most of the staff was pleasant & would try to do whatever necessary to make you comfortable. i needed physical care for sciatica, and choose university care center. the care, the love, the overall experience was mind blowing. i never seen the univers working together with warmth, love. skill for medical, physical, and human nature coming together for the whole being, housekeeping, janitor, management looking like a clint eastwood double, to the patients i loved the love shown to me in my time of disbelief. through it all if this happened again i would not hesitate to return to university care center, why because i... read more

My mom Gloria spent about 11 days here and had wonderful care and physical therapy! All staff were warm, friendly and outstanding ! Therapy was marvelous, food was delicious and entire facility was very clean .

I seriously broke my hip falling off my bicycle and after an operation to place pins in my hip, I came here to start my healing process. I could not have picked a better facility! All of the staff here are diligent, caring and take a personal interest in you. Of note is the nursing staff, the Physical Therapists, whom I've grown quite fond of, and even the management staff. University Care Center IS five stars. I was there for about 28 days. I recieved excellent care. The staff is absolutely amazing. Their a family working together to meet the needs of the residents. The facility is clean and I was very comfortable. If your in need of a facility I truly recommend this one. Thank you UCC for taking GREAT care of me.
