Horrible my brother was there, for the summer of 19 before Covid-19 after suffering 2nd storke I could write, over 100 things That were done wrong. So to save time I will just warn people to stay away. Don't put yourself or family members in this place. Enter at your own risk. So stay away, you have been warned. 1 star is to many. 07/25/20
do not bring your elderly parents to this facility! the staff at this facility lost my mom's dentures and will not compensate for new dentures! we've contacted them several times and we have proof of their negligence! every time we call they hang up on us!!! no wonder my mother called me daily crying about the care they provided!! if you take your elderly parents there they will be miserable!! After a family member's recent stay at this facility, I have to say, I was not impressed. My family member was recently in the hospital and needed some care before returning home. Our check in process was pretty non existent. When we finally did check in, the biggest concern was about the flu shot, not any information about the patient or his needs. I was asked by Tarryn the administrator to give her a call. I have numerous times! She also said to ask for her cell phone number, which i did, but they wouldn't give it to me! I've left my number and still nothing! My mom has had items stolen twice while she's at therapy!! This is so unacceptable and I will be contacting the Ombudsmen on Monday!

My girlfriends dad was in this place last week and it's one of the worst. They left her dad sit in his soil for hours. He fell in there care. That place is a second hand circus.
Just when I thought the long list of unpronounceable names and double digit IQs of the hired help this place finds in the bowels of hell have stopped confounding me...... wait what did I just say? What's so difficult about: "Take four Every four hours AS NEEDED FOR PAIN" This English/Math scholar interpreted that to mean One at a given time, the second two or THREE hours later. Smdh. I work with university care center directly as a registered nurse. My patient that goes there is a full code and they have him listed as a do not resuscitate. So if my patient was to have a heart attack they would sit there and do nothing and let him die. They always give the wrong medications or don't give medications at all. They are very irresponsible. If you care about your loved ones do not send them to University care Center
Based on my experience here, I would not recommend UCC. I had chosen this place for post-hip replacement rehab, based solely upon Yelp reviews, which I have found to be remarkably and consistently accurate. Not this time. Not by a long shot. Upon discharge from Scripps Mercy hospital, I was ambulanced to UCC. My initial impression was that of a dreary place, and the room I was brought to was dark and windowless, confirming my impression.
