I will say my front desk experience was exceptional, but my visit with the physician was AWFUL! I had told the lpn what I thought was wrong. The Dr opens the door, tells me what the lpn says I thought it was. I lifted my shirt for her to see, as she was trying to make her way out the door, telling me she’s ordering an RX! Never waited for questions, etc! I have grandkids I watch and was concerned about being contagious! I had to call back to the sweet receptionist to ask!

I saw Andy a physician assistant. He was very thorough with his questions and exam. I felt confident in his judgment and plan for treatment. He explained his treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I would recommend UH Concord Urgent Care to my family and friends.
