A provider never showed up for the call.
Didn’t like that I couldn’t visually see the provider. Provider basically told me there was nothing he could do without me coming in for a physical visit (I had gastric issues that precluded me being more than ten steps from a toilet at any given time). Complete waste of my time.
Excellent process and care!
Both my wife and I scheduled a virtual appointment at 9:15am for 11 and 11:15 am. The time came and went. Nobody bothered to call us to let us know the doctor was running behind. My wife called and each time the person was very short with her on the phone saying they were very busy and just wait. I totally understand sometimes you are overwhelmed with patients due to illness but a phone call would have been nice. I did not wait long to be seen. Dr DeMetro was amazing!!! He understood immediately how I was feeling and the symptoms I was having. He took the time to look up and assure me that the antibiotic he was prescribing was not in the same class as what I am highly allergic to. This set my mind at ease very much! He was understanding and very professional. Excellent physician!!!
