The visit was fine, but the provider never sent the after visit summary to my MyChart. The provider told me to contact my primary physician for a CT order for my concussion, which my primary care physician can’t do without either the notes from the UH urgent care provider OR seeing me himself. I booked an appointment with my doctor for two days after my urgent care visit, but I would think something like a head CT after a head injury would be better to get sooner rather than later. My Practitioner Tony was understanding and knowledgeable. He was able to discuss and address the issues I was having and how awful I'm feeling. He asked many questions, came to a diagnosis and prescribed medication to get me feeling better quickly. Kind and patient. THANK YOU
The service was great once I got with the provider but it was 2.5 hours after my scheduled window. Also, she had to call me directly because the system wasn’t working.
Easy to set up. Doctor was awesome. Called back with extra information. Really felt seen and cared for.

You guys really need to improve your online service, I had 4 occasions today and all of which I sat and waited to get treated, nothing happened at all at any time. This is honestly the worst experience ever. If this is a fluke I can dig that, but sitting and waiting for hours to have nothing happen and to have no results is completely crazy. If I could give half a star I would. Like I said , I tried to get appointments today and Everytime I sat and waited and nothing happened. Horrible experience. Worst ever.
Listen to your patients better.
