Fast friendly service by staff. Bring your own positive energy for receptionist though.
Front desk lady was just okay, but my positive attitude was able to improve mood some. I mean if your not in a good mood when your shift starts where so you go from there. To be the first person a sick or in pain person sees I'd expect a little bit more personable. Remainder of staff was excellent. X ray was exceptional. Wait time was decent. Dr was really good but rushed and talked really fast, but I got what I needed. Overall a good experience.
My virtual visit started on time. The doctor was pleasant and was able to diagnose my problem quickly. The virtual visit is such a great option!!!!
Have whatever Dr sign on to the appointment. Waited for an hour or more then tried again and hung up after 30 minutes. Being in pain is hard enough, I understand being busy but that guys was ridiculous.
Did not care to realize my concerns. Told me ti schedule with my primary doctor for a sinus infection

Provider never started meeting but I’m sure they got paid because they put the meeting as completed but I never got seen
Teach the doctor to be attentive to my needs and not give me a hard time and try and tell me about my illness that I’ve been suffering for 24 1/2 years from, I feel she’s prejudice her name is Sharon Scully, I give her -100🙁
It was so impersonal. The doctor or NP didn’t even look at me when on the screen. No bedside/online manners. This is something I have experienced whether in a physical office or now, adding online impersonal interactions. I have lost faith in University Hospitals to teach healthcare workers the lost art of attention to the patient. Going back to Cleveland Clinic
I will have to let you know later…I now have dizziness with dry heaves… it is from my ears…I cannot move without my head spinning and tossing my stomach with nothing there SORRY
