This is the best company I have ever worked with! From the beginning they took care of me and kept me informed through the whole process. Their staff is the best and very responsible and they keep you in the look! I was told from the beginning what to expect and it followed that plan very closely. While I did get a HEA loan I wouldn't recommend this to anyone except those with bad credit and dire financial need just because the product itself is a real POS that takes advantage of people when they are at a low point and all they have left to draw upon is some built up equity in their homes. But for those people in that situation it works so im happy the company exists

The process took way longer than what it was promoted. Delays due to incompetent appraisers could have been avoided. Communication is lacking with this company. Takes days to respond if they respond at all.

WARNING: Stay away from Unlock Technologies! Absolute lack of professionalism and zero accountability.I am writing this review to warn anyone considering doing business with Unlock Technologies to run the other way. After 4 full months of being dragged along, wasting my time, and being forced to go through two separate appraisals on my property, they abruptly informed me that my application was not approved. we have been working with them for over 2 months and still don't have our money. Always have excuses for delay and making the customer do all the hard work (getting new pay offs). I would not recommend if you want to see your money... management is of no help and feeds you more excuses. Try someone else if you can. We are stuck waiting.... JUST DON'T DO IT
