Seriously understaffed, we were largely ignored by the staff we could find. The Manager tried to make up for the lack of food service at the bowling lanes by offering discounts but it only got worse when we moved our large party to the restaurant and started over with new servers. Did not like new menu. Also took off artichoke hearts off the menu. Used to think you had the best hh menu.
NEVER have kids birthday party here!!! My Wife was told to give 48 hour notice if she needed more room, she DID. and was told she could reschedule. also was told "you snooze, you lose" Way to ruin an 8 year old's bday... REAL classy Uptown alley!!!
We were told a 25 to 30 minute wait, so we waited. Lane 3 was vacant the entire time, lane 6 was vacated shortly after we sat down. When we decided to leave there were 8 empty lanes and they still were not calling anyone up. We were there for at least thirty minutes and no one ever even asked for a drink order. I won't be back.
