Dont give them your phone number, even to ask about more information. They will text and call you about getting on the schedule to install the broadband service you ordered, even if you didnt order it. Scummy way to do business and I wouldnt order it from them now even if I was looking for service.
Choose UBB if you have no other alternatives. You will be treated to frequent outages without any warning or explanation. And good luck trying to reach someone by phone.
