RecommendedOnly a month into the service. Had a big storm come through, but it did not effect the service. Well done. No problems streaming.
Customer service is excellent and the tech that came to do the install was professional and did a great job. The speed is good with one computer is really good, but gets bogged down with multiple devices, but its wireless and the best out there when you don't have cable or Fiber.
We have had UT Broadband for over a year and have not had issues. A few days ago it started to buffer when watching TV, I emailed them regarding the issue and they called me within 1/2 hour and tweaked something on their end and it's back to our great speeds. I am a happy customer.

I am happy to say. UBB has done it again. They sent out a tech after the Christmas holiday to fix my service which was knocked out by the storm we had over Christmas. We were getting 0.20Mbps/.0.5Mbps and speeds were slow. After the tech came and fixed the issue, we are now getting a full 18Mbps/2Mbps speeds. All that was needed was to position the antenna and the signal went from 70dbs to 65dbs and the signal was almost 200% better. Way to go Utah Broadband.
