Worst service ever. Would never recommend them to anyone. Stuck in a one year contract. Getting charged for cancellation even though the service they are providing is not what was promised.
Absolutely terrible, I don’t think it can get much worse then UBB. You’re probably better off using a hotspot from your phone. They have said multiple times it’s my router that’s the problem. So we got another router, didn’t do much almost made it WORSE!!! You’re lying to yourself if you think UBB has good internet, it’s not all about the install. UBB is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Would never recommend.
The staging process for internet repair via telephone stinks! Got transferred to 3 different technicians, got disconnected after a 30 minute wait and explanation of my issue, was promised a call back by a top level technician within 1 hour… Yup, you guessed it: Three hours later and still waiting for help! The service goes down on a monthly basis, when it is up, it is unreliable. We pay an absurd amount for this service and are unable to get any other providers. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Satellite internet would be preferable at this point.
This internet is the worst you can get it always goes out and then when you talk to them they don’t know why. And they always say it’s my router not there horrible service. I would not recommend this internet service to anyone.
The technicians and customer service personnel are polite and responsive and the internet service is not the most reliable. Most of the time you get what you pay for which is slow compared to fiber (which is not available where I live). There are times when the service drops out (no signal). This is a big issue if you are trying to work from home. I did just upgrade to a faster service with Utah Broadband. First off your "Customer Service Manager" was very rude and this was one of the worst customer service calls I have ever received. Please help me here. In the midst of everything going on right now with COVID, I am already at risk for losing my job because of it, then I find out that I am not able to stay in my rental, then I find out that your services are not available in my new home. I have a tower ON my house and I still have the worst service ever! Can’t ever stream an entire movie without interruption or get to my email in a timely manner; like within a 2-4 minute time period. Very frustrating! Everyone there is very nice but for $100 for just internet is ridiculous!!!
