My dog was supposed to be cremated and returned before Christmas! On Christmas Eve I was told that his ashes were lost or misplaced, to come and get my money back!! Unbelievable and unforgivable!!! I will spread the word to everyone I can to not go here!!! They are heartless people that work there!
Business response:
It is true; there was an error in paperwork, and these remains were cremated but the ashes were not returned to us. We are deeply sorry for the emotional distress caused, especially at this time of year. We have been in business for more than 50 years, and for more than 25 years relied on the same family run pet cemetery for cremation services . We take these services very seriously, and will do everything possible to ensure it never happens again.
