I had Valley Building inspect a condo unit in a two story condo building with AC units on the roof. The inspectors ladder could not reach the roof (17 foot ladder) so the AC unit, the most expensive "appliance" to repair/replace, could not be inspected, but no concession was made to the fee charged. We left a message to you last week to ensure all of your questions regarding the property are fully answered - please feel free to reach out to our office at any time to get in touch with ... read more
