I've hired VBI three times, to inspect three houses I have purchased, and they are awesome. Paul Staron exceeds my expectations every time. He is thorough, answers any and all questions and has a great personality. They are also very quick at responding to a proposed inspection. I think they are the best.

When making one of the biggest financial commitments-purchasing a new home-you want a home inspection company that is efficient, detailed and meticulous. VBI checks off all of the boxes! The inspection people were great but since they are connected to Porch, I am getting nonstop bombardment of phone calls who have my and my husband's name and our phone number. They want to repair, sell, put in new windows, clean heaters, install alarms, pest control, blah, blah. The list of services that call daily is endless. This is beyond annoying. I block a few a day. If I could use the inspection people without the connection to Porch, I'd be thrilled.

Valley Building Inspections has the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) distinction that most such vendors do not. They are also professional, friendly and reliable. Making an appointment was easy. Services and respective prices were outlined in advance. Paul, inspector, was personable, on-time for the appointment and thorough in his report. Valley Building Inspections responded to an emergency situation that needed fast service - they were able to accommodate my needs within the same day - within hours!!
