I've used Valley Building Inspections on almost all of the personal property purchases as well as the home inspections for my clients. Paul the owner was assigned to my new home construction inspection and was knowledgeable and professional. The builder said we could do the inspection on a specific date and our inspector was ready to go with that date and then our builder stepped up the date and said they needed to do it 3 days earlier, which I thought was a little sneaky but VBI agreed to it and Paul did the inspection after 5PM and met with me 2 hours after the inspection to walk me through his pre drywall findings. My RE agent was able to schedule with Paul of Valley Building Inspections the next day after offer accepted. He called me the evening of the day he did the inspection. It was the most thorough inspection I've ever had during the buying process of a home. His report and explanations of the issues were very clear and helped me make an informed decision on whether to move forward or not on the property before opening escrow. Thank you!!
My usual inspector couldn't do our inspection so they recommended VBI. Paul was great and even had a kids booklet for my children to learn about their home!
These guys are very detailed and knowledgeable! Love their reports they provide! Extensive photos and lots of details. The inspector was very friendly and took his time walking through the house with me. He answered all questions I had and gave me advice and recommendations. I appreciated his honesty. Would use these guys again for sure!!!!
Paul came out to do an inspection for me yesterday on a half finished property that I have under contract in Scottsdale. He arrived early, did a thorough job, was friendly, and walked me through all of the findings. His report came that afternoon as promised, and I trust that he did the best job he could have. I have them saved in my phone as my first call for future inspections.
Our home flooded the same night as Talking Stick Resort (Aug. 10, '18). Upon completion of repairs, Valley Building Inspections conducted a mold test and review of our lot's gradient and drainage--which contributed greatly to the flooding.
