I recently had a Valley Building Inspections team complete an inspection on my new home. The team that completed the inspection arrived on time and ready to rock. They introduced themselves and gave a brief explanation of what they would being doing over the next few hours. At the end of their inspection, they reviewed their written report with me. Being an out of AZ state investment property buyer VBI worked very well to make us comfortable with our AZ property purchase. They set up a review period over Skype in order to go over everything face to face and made us very comfortable in purchasing the property even though we weren't there to see it with our own eyes. Paul provided me with a very professional written inspection - both in a 3 ring binder and eCopy - after having walked me through the house reviewing his findings. He was very helpful with understanding the finding ratings and how to read the report. I recommend him to a prospective home buyer every time!

Paul did an amazing and extremely thorough inspection of a house I am buying in Gilbert. He spent several hours looking at everything from the roof, to the electric panels, the pool equipment, the windows, the furnace, the AC unit, all of the plumbing, etc.,,- no stone was left unturned! The result was a thorough, detailed report that I can take to the seller with clear, concise descriptions of any issues with the house. I would highly recommend Valley Building Inspections to anyone who is considering buying a property!!

I have a prior background in real estate. I chose to go with VBI for my home inspection as I currently work for a nonprofit organization and they have greatly supported this organization which tells me that they really care about the community we live in.
