Quick and easy
I arrived 45 minutes early, but my oil change still took over two hours. While waiting to be helped, I watched two maintenance employees standing by my passenger window practicing handshakes instead of assisting customers. The delay caused me to arrive late to work, and to top it off, they didn't even wash the vehicle, which most dealers usually do. Very poor time management and customer service.
