I went to have all four of my tire sensors replaced, my serpentine belt replaced, and to find out why at stop lights my idle would drop to 600 rpm. everything went good with the belt and tire sensors. They cleaned the throttle body and reset the idle with the brain or memory. I left with my car and the idle problem persisted. I took it back and the work was preformed again. Four Hours For A Simple Oil Change! And High Prices!
The service advisor was outstanding and communicative. The issue lies with whomever the tech was during the previous visit, at 49,810 miles, who advised me that the front pads were at 6mm and rears at 5mm, or satisfactory. On this visit particular visit, less than 5,000 miles later, the rear pads are now at 1mm and the fronts are at 4.5mm. 4mm of wear in less than 5,000 miles of driving is highly unlikely. Horrible service I had a appointment for 10:am took the car in for a simple oil change then I waited for 1.30 hour then they tell me there are 11 cars before me so I am going to have to wait much much longer very unprofessional then they try to sell me a car!
Terrible customer service. I found the service staff to be smug and ageist.
My car was at Toyota for 9 hours I never received a call from them letting me know my car was ready I had to call in myself . Customer service was awful they had an attitude with me . As a customer of Toyota this is embarrassing for them to have no character for something that your paying for I was not the only one that had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time to get there car back.
Scratched up my handles and left tools in my car. I had a dash cam and saw how some of the mechanics drive my car- completely reckless! All they do is crack jokes and sit around for 30 minutes when I had to wait up to 3 hours! They'll hire any kid I guess...
Took over two hours and I had a scheduled appointment. It took 20 minutes when I got there just to check my car in v with a customer service representative
