Didn't do a service but reported it to carfax
There was no master mechanic on duty on Sunday, which was the excuse given for not servicing my vehicle. I had to drive over 120 miles back to my destination, worried the entire time about breaking down. This is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this dealership.
Terrible experience, came in for oil change and tire rotation. oil wasn't topped off and tires weren't changed, they told me I needed front brakes and had 3mm pad left. I had replaced the brakes a week ago. My tires weren't even rotated. The only way I notice was because I had a scuff mark in the rear that I had notice when dropping off vehicle.
Did not change my windshield wipers when they stated so, they previously scratched up my vehicle with their rings.
Tried stating my air filter was dirty. I changed it about a month ago. The filter they send a photo of is not even the filter I had in the car. They showed a dirty OEM filter, I have an STP filter in the car. Same with cabin filter. They showed a regular cabin filter that was dirty, the one I have in the car is a carbon layer cabin filter. Asked for photos of what they send again since the system won't show me and got zero response. Been constant issues with service here. Catching them in lies. I went to have all four of my tire sensors replaced, my serpentine belt replaced, and to find out why at stop lights my idle would drop to 600 rpm. everything went good with the belt and tire sensors. They cleaned the throttle body and reset the idle with the brain or memory. I left with my car and the idle problem persisted. I took it back and the work was preformed again. Four Hours For A Simple Oil Change! And High Prices!
The service advisor was outstanding and communicative. The issue lies with whomever the tech was during the previous visit, at 49,810 miles, who advised me that the front pads were at 6mm and rears at 5mm, or satisfactory. On this visit particular visit, less than 5,000 miles later, the rear pads are now at 1mm and the fronts are at 4.5mm. 4mm of wear in less than 5,000 miles of driving is highly unlikely.
