The staff member talked with attitude. Associate was not friendly at all.
Very bad service not organized and took forever to repair. Overall work was not done right clips were not put on correctly and radio lights are not working anymore! Will never go back to this place!
So about a week prior to my appointment I called Valley Hi Toyota to get some issues taken care of on my car concerning a recall notice I got (And airbag and a break part issue). That Toyota dealership are dumb a**, just for oil change and tire rotation. They say 1hr to 2hrs, then the idiots lost our paper work. Took them 4 hours, never go there. I rather drive to the OC to get my car done faster
My car was repaired and so far so good. I just wish the service department had better customer service like they did just a few months ago. It seems like ValleyHi Toyota has hired new personnel working the service department and most dont have the knowledge of having manners with their customers. Before when Shirley who worked the service department, I felt content bringing my car for service now Im dreading it every time.
It took over 4 hours to do a simple oil change, way too long
They didn't go out of their way to do anything except change the oil and filter. When I got home I looked under the hood, and it was obvious the truck needed to have brake fluid added. How much trouble would it have been for them to tell me I needed to add the brake fluid? Other than that, they did what I paid them to do.
