It was terrible they told me they did the best they could made the problem worse and then charge me full price for it
I took it in for a full service tune-up which they charged me $450.00 and a week later my car started leaking transmission fluid and the check engine light came on.
Took it in for a oil change and filter change supposedly they top off fluids which I have found out more than a hand full of times they dont too off my power steering and and top of that they dont let me know that it needs power steering fluid cant wait till the car care I bought from them ends to do my own service on my wifes vehicle.
Wasnt happy left oil prints all of engine cover. The oil filter housing is cracked and is leaking oil which in my mind they could have cleaned up just a little. In the past when they inspect fluids they dont bother telling us if it needs topping of which it should be included in there service like they claim.
Horrible management bad experience
The staff member talked with attitude. Associate was not friendly at all.
Very bad service not organized and took forever to repair. Overall work was not done right clips were not put on correctly and radio lights are not working anymore! Will never go back to this place!
So about a week prior to my appointment I called Valley Hi Toyota to get some issues taken care of on my car concerning a recall notice I got (And airbag and a break part issue). They explained to me what was wrong and so I set up an appointment. Two days prior to my appointment my wife and I both received a text message reminding us of the appointment. That Toyota dealership are dumb a**, just for oil change and tire rotation. They say 1hr to 2hrs, then the idiots lost our paper work. Took them 4 hours, never go there. I rather drive to the OC to get my car done faster
