I don't is my car was finish change the oil and filter at 8:30AM,no body let me know ,if I go to find out is ready o no I will never get my car that day.I waiting for 4 hour and it the second time happen to me.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and was told that the earliest they could see me was in 3-5 hours. I asked if I could check in and come back given the wait time and was told no, the car had to stay there for the entire wait time to keep my appointment slot. The person who checked me in was demeaning and scoffed at me when I asked follow up questions about the appointment process. Overall, would not recommend Victorville Toyota and will not go back.
Mileage reported incorrectly to Carfax. 61,348 should be 53,746. Cannot edit mileage directly you have to report and get approval from Carfax. Pain to fix.
Was there for 5 hours and the person never called or told me my car was done. I had an appt. At 1:40 and did not get out of there unntil a few minutes bedore 7. I was messaged that my car needed a filter and approved it and signed for it and it was not put in. Ridiculous!
Waited 3 1/2 hrs to have an oil change and they stripped my oil pan nut
Everyone was so rude. No customer service everyone made us feel like we were birthing them. We made an appointment and she showed up an hour later. Don't waste your time and just go to Toyota Redlands that is where we ended up getting our car.
I ended up not getting my car serviced due to the estimated wait time. I had an appointment to get my tires rotated and they said it would take two hours or more to do just that.

Poor the never found the electric problem on my sienna,the only replace a fuse on the Toyota on I still have the same problem keep burning my fuse 7.5
