Horrible service I had a appointment for 10:am took the car in for a simple oil change then I waited for 1.30 hour then they tell me there are 11 cars before me so I am going to have to wait much much longer very unprofessional then they try to sell me a car!
Terrible customer service. I found the service staff to be smug and ageist.
My car was at Toyota for 9 hours I never received a call from them letting me know my car was ready I had to call in myself . Customer service was awful they had an attitude with me . As a customer of Toyota this is embarrassing for them to have no character for something that your paying for I was not the only one that had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time to get there car back.
Scratched up my handles and left tools in my car. I had a dash cam and saw how some of the mechanics drive my car- completely reckless! All they do is crack jokes and sit around for 30 minutes when I had to wait up to 3 hours! They'll hire any kid I guess...
Took over two hours and I had a scheduled appointment. It took 20 minutes when I got there just to check my car in v with a customer service representative
Worker were nice but when I went not enough need more mechanics
They told me there was an oil change on my car and doesn't have the sticker on it to remind me when it will be due again. No windshield wipers fluid filled, and all my tires were low and a exclamation warning showing on my panel. My car very dirty. It was here for 3 months due to a car recall
Dealer always doesn't complete jobs always they forget something
Bad service no wash the car also no Uber service when you leave your vehicle
