My car was repaired and so far so good. I just wish the service department had better customer service like they did just a few months ago. It seems like ValleyHi Toyota has hired new personnel working the service department and most dont have the knowledge of having manners with their customers. Before when Shirley who worked the service department, I felt content bringing my car for service now Im dreading it every time.
It took over 4 hours to do a simple oil change, way too long
They didn't go out of their way to do anything except change the oil and filter. When I got home I looked under the hood, and it was obvious the truck needed to have brake fluid added. How much trouble would it have been for them to tell me I needed to add the brake fluid? Other than that, they did what I paid them to do.
