Just picked up my 2003 Corvette Z06 from being serviced and it was waiting for me outside under the trees covered in dirt and leaves. This car rarely gets driven and has only 11k miles on it. When I dropped it off this morning it was immaculate. All the service manager could say was they have limited parking? I have been bringing my cars, trucks and SUV’s here for years but no more. Sorry this is completely unacceptable.

The parts department inaccurately depicted a part on their website and sent out the wrong part. After contacting them and telling them of their mistake I was informed I had to pay for shipping a second time to return the part to them. So, I have to pay for shipping twice for a mistake on their part. I was also informed that they MAY waive the restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE. I would stay away from this company if this is what customer service looks like.

Terrible experience. Bought a certified preowned bolt EUV 2023. They gave me the price and promised to fix the rim. At financing after being there for five hours they added over $1000 to the sale price that I didn’t catch.. jack who negotiated with me would not call me back to explain discrepancy. I’ve never seen an unscrupulous dealership like them.

Do not go to this dealership if you want a GMC or Chevy choose a different one. Salespersons have zero ethics and will do anything for a sale. I Still have not received my finance agreement or the carfax, or the money I am owed from my trade in which I was told would only take a week and now we are on week 3. I would not have traded my car in if I knew it would take this long. Only traded my car in due to falling on hard times. So you can see they are liars and will do anything for a sale. If I could give ZERO stars as a rating I would! Do not do business with this dealer, they are unethical beyond your wildest imagination. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of "F" with more than 93 complaints in the last 3 years. My daughter was scammed by this dealership. They allowed her former boyfriend to knowingly commit fraud and they did nothing. They did not confirm income, addresses, marital status or anything like that. They were much too eager to make the sale and did not do their duty as a lender to ensure that the application was legit, nor did they even care. When I contacted them to address the problem they requested that I give them an additional $10,000 before they would fix-it. Sounds like extortion to me.

I tried to have my 2021 Chevy Silverado in for service as the stereo has never worked right and Matt Cerreta Said and I quote! “You're a wonderful person! So glad I met you Lose my email and don't come back here again Matt Cerreta General Manager Managing Partner Van Chevrolet Buick GMC” Real professionals here got a 43,000$ truck that the seat belts don’t even work in the back the stereo cuts out and the visor mounts are already broken….!

Fast talking thug Criminals. I've been doing business with them since 2019 and I cannot believe the game they played!! I will never do business with this dealership or another buick,Chevy gmc.
