Lemon dealer. Promised to fix. Then they would not. Reported to salesman with in 14 days of purchase. Said to bring it in when we agreed. Then I left it for a week. Nothing was done. Manager was rude, argumentative, and totally disrespectful. Would not fix it and even called me after I dropped it off to turn around and bring him gas for my car. Horrible nightmare. Motor mounts was broken when they sold it to me. Could at least sold me the correct warranty to have it replaced immediately. I will never refer them to anyone. I ... read more

I’ve been trying to reach a manager for a week, I’ve left numerous messages & voicemails to no avail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had more help than I needed when purchasing my Yukon &!they had no problem taking the $34,000 I paid in cash for it. They sold me a vehicle knowing it had defective tail lamps & now all I get is silence from them. They can’t say they didn’t know, I didn’t look very hard & discovered all 2015 & 2016 Yukons had defective tail lamps. I bought an extended warranty that’s useless , so... read more

Worst customer service they are fast at selling you a vehicle but after that you will never be able to talk to anyone including their customer relations people. One month later they still have not given me my refund or returned the numerous emails and calls. I will be now contacting AZAttorney General BBB and every othe state department to report your business practices or should I say lack of business practices.

Absolutely hands down the worst new car dealership I have ever dealt with. Every time they get a chance to take advantage of there customers they will.They lie about everything from prices to warranty to service.

Van Chevrolet breached a new contract and kept the money and got to keep the car as well. Customer service is not their first priority.

Lemon vehicles. I checked a 2018 Ford fusion hybrid dirty oil in thr car fax it says oil changed was not changed and I had got 2 lemon vehicles from them stay clear of this place gm lies to you. STAY CLEAR

So my key fob stopped working, the tire pressure gauges were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter that needs to be replaced. So they order it, one comes in and they say that they can't use it because it was already programmed to another VIN number. I ask, "I thought I was getting a new part?" they said "it came in the box" I said just because it is in the box doesn't mean it is new.. So they order another one. More days... read more

I did not get a vehicle, They made an appointment, confirmed the appointment, then sent the truck off to auction. Would not bring it back without a commitment to buy. not impressed.

Sales: (See latter part for updates) Iwould have to caution anyone choosing to purchase a vehicle from Van Chevrolet to pay very close attention to financing terms and total cost of vehicle.
